Private houses.
From the plot to the keys.
We design private houses. Every house starts with the people who will live in it, the plot and the light – and ends when you're handed the keys.
We design private houses in towns, moshavim and villages across Israel, and take care of the whole route: plot check, design, permit, consultant coordination and supervision on site.

See the house before it's built

I recently built my own house. Now I know exactly how it feels from the client's side.
Everything I learned building my own home – from the permit to choosing between underfloor heating and air-conditioning – goes into every house we design.

What clients say
I found them and checked other architects at the same time. They showed me some of their work and I was impressed. What mattered to me was dealing with the municipality – he was excellent, they know how to work with them, it was a pleasure! They explained the design and gave me a few examples, and I handled the rest with the contractor. I'm very happy with the result and with their work. The price was fair and good value – worth it.

Questions
When should I bring in an architect?
Ideally before buying the plot or right after. A building-rights check can change the whole design and budget.
Which areas do you work in?
We design private houses in Ashdod, Ashkelon and the surrounding area – Yavne, Gan Yavne, Kiryat Malakhi, Be'er Tuvia, Hof Ashkelon, Sderot and Netivot – and across Israel, in towns, moshavim and rural communities.
Can I see the house before it's built?
Yes. Every house is designed in a 3D model, and you see façades, spaces and renders before construction starts.
How long does the design take?
It depends on the size of the house, your decisions and the local committee. At the first meeting we'll set a realistic timeline with you.
What does the first meeting cost?
The introductory meeting and a first look at your plot are free, with no obligation.
Planning to build a house?
Tell us briefly where you are. We'll call you back for an introduction and a free first look at your plot.
