About the practice
VHR Architects is an experienced practice that brings together 3D architectural design with consulting and supervision of the building systems. We hold a high standard of design, with a focus on function, innovation and aesthetics, and on full coordination between every system in the house using BIM.
We stay with our clients all the way: from the first design, through every permit process and consultant coordination, to construction, interiors and the handover of the keys.
Over the years we have built experience across almost every field of construction – from urban planning, public, education and commercial buildings to residential blocks and high-rise towers. Today we bring all of that to the work closest to our hearts: designing private houses, down to the smallest detail.
We design every house as a 3D model. You see the house at every stage, make decisions with confidence and avoid the cost of changes and fixes on site.
My name is Marat Valiulin, and I founded VHR.
I recently finished building my own house. I went through every stage our clients go through – the plot, the permit, the contractors and the endless small decisions – this time as the client.
That experience changed how I run projects. In the blog I write about what I learned, from underfloor heating to fireplaces and pools.
